Sailcloth overalls a must for Resort 2009

It never even occurred to me to want overalls. I mean, I even kind of hated them. Then I saw this George Hoyningen-Huene photograph of Lee Miller:

I need to know more about these. I can't find any reference other than this photograph - is Yraide the label? What do they look like in front? Do I need the espadrilles, too?
